How we hire

Our hiring process is a short structured conversation followed by a paid trial day on a representative piece of work. We do not run timed coding challenges or whiteboard exercises. Decisions are made within two weeks of first contact.

Join the framework-mapping team. Background in SOC 2 or ISO 27001 audit work strongly preferred; the role bridges between the engineering platform and the compliance domain.

Customer Success Manager

London · Permanent, full-time · Mid-senior

Lead customer relationships across the UK market. Strong customer-facing background expected; security or compliance industry experience strongly preferred.

Senior Platform Engineer

Dublin or remote (EU) · Permanent, full-time · Senior

Join the platform engineering team. We work in Python and TypeScript on AWS EU infrastructure; you should be comfortable in both and have prior experience in regulated-customer SaaS.
