Risk-segment training

Broadcast training — same content for the whole workforce — has the highest administrative convenience and the lowest pedagogical effectiveness. Most platforms ship broadcast as the default; we ship risk-segment training as the default.

Risk segments map to role and function: finance teams see BEC scenarios calibrated to their language; engineering teams see supply-chain compromise scenarios with package-manager and CI/CD framing; executives see executive-impersonation scenarios with calendar invitations and travel-booking language. Each segment has its own curriculum library, its own simulation library, and its own assessment item bank.

Risk segments are configurable per tenant. Default segments cover the major functional roles common across our customer base; customers with sector-specific role structures (clinical roles in healthcare, OT-adjacent roles in utilities) can configure custom segments backed by their identity-provider attributes.

Segment-aware certification means certificates indicate the segment-specific competency demonstrated, not just generic awareness. This matters for audit defensibility: a finance-team BEC competency certificate is materially different evidence from a generic awareness certificate.
